Is this your situation?

The moments families describe to us

The repeated questions

The same question five times in an hour, and you've learned to answer each time like it's the first — but it's wearing everyone down.

The front door

She went out "to the shop" and a neighbour brought her home. Now someone has to watch the door, all day, every day.

The evenings

Afternoons are fine, but as the light fades he becomes restless, confused, sometimes angry — and nights have become the hardest part.

How memory care works here

Structure, safety, and gentleness

The same day, every day

Meals, activities and rest at the same times with the same faces — the predictability that calms an anxious mind.

Safe to wander

A secure home and enclosed garden — your parent can walk freely without anyone fearing the front door.

Cognitive activity, daily

Card games, carrom, memory exercises, music, conversation and garden time — gentle daily engagement that may support cognitive wellbeing. Residents join what they enjoy; nothing is ever forced.

"Is this suitable for dementia? How advanced is too advanced?"

We assess honestly before any admission — that's what the pre-admission care planning is for. Our psychologist and doctors meet your parent first, and we tell you plainly whether we're the right fit for their stage. Families should always consult their own medical professionals too; we'll gladly speak with them directly.

"Will they be safe at night?"

A caregiver is awake and on duty every night, with the on-call doctor a phone call away. Night-time wandering and sundowning are things our team handles routinely — gently, without restraint, without drama.
